ご予約をキャンセルされる場合は、以下のキャンセル料を申し受けます。

ご利用日前日：宿泊料金・利用料金の 50％
ご利用日当日：宿泊料金・利用料金の 100％
※対象施設（事前予約が必要な全ての施設、プランが対象です）

キャンセル料が発生した場合は、後日請求書をお送りいたしますので、指定の方法にてお支払いをお願いいたします。

Cancellation Policy
Thank you for choosing Kinpu Sanso, Mawarimedaira Campground, and Fureai no Mori.
If you need to cancel your reservation, the following cancellation fees will apply.
Cancellation Fees
- 1 day before your scheduled stay: 50% of the accommodation or facility fee
- On the day of your scheduled stay: 100% of the accommodation or facility fee
Applicable Facilities - The cancellation policy applies to all facilities and plans that require advance reservations, including:
- Kinpu Sanso
- Mawarimedaira Campground (Bungalows)
- Fureai no Mori (Auto Campsites and Cabins)
If a cancellation fee applies, an invoice will be sent to you after your cancellation. Please make the payment using the method specified on the invoice.
